Craft Should Strengthen a Community
Wrench & Clover is more than a shop.
It is a working space that can serve the broader community.
We are developing structured, recurring programs that provide practical automotive education, service access, and community engagement — all grounded in safety, accountability, and real-world standards.
Monthly Service Days (Planned Initiative)
We are building toward a recurring Community Service Day where:
Basic vehicle safety checks are provided
Minor maintenance support is offered
Apprentices observe and assist under supervision
Community members connect with the shop
These events are designed to increase vehicle safety, practical knowledge, and trust — especially for families who may not have access to reliable guidance.
Structure and scheduling details will be finalized during formal program rollout.
Vehicle Care Workshops
Many people own vehicles but lack foundational understanding of how they work.
We plan to host structured workshops covering topics such as:
Basic vehicle systems overview
Preventative maintenance fundamentals
Understanding warning lights
How to speak confidently with a mechanic
Seasonal vehicle readiness
The goal is simple: reduce intimidation and increase capability.
Safe Transport & Logistics Support (Future Phase)
As the shop grows, we aim to develop limited vehicle hauling and support services for community members in need — particularly for situations involving:
Non-operational vehicles
Transitional housing relocations
Repair-related transport challenges
All services will operate within legal, insurance, and operational boundaries.
Partnerships
We welcome structured collaboration with:
Local schools
Youth organizations
Trade programs
Community groups
Small businesses
The Chamber of Commerce
We believe local businesses can play a meaningful role in workforce development when collaboration is intentional.
How This Connects to Our Mission
Community programs are not separate from our shop.
They are an extension of it.
As Wrench & Clover grows:
More capacity → More service days
More revenue → More apprenticeship seats
More partnerships → Broader impact
The shop sustains the mission.
The mission strengthens the shop.
